 Responsibilities

What we require for you to do:

  • Handle customer and supplier enquiries through phone, email and social media platforms
  • Track enquiries and ensure all enquiries are close in a timely manner
  • Liaise with relevant departments for information and updates
  • Keep yourself well informed on company current and new products
  • Ad hoc duties as required
