 Requirements

全职中文客服 (24H) 或市场营销策划专员
  • 中文打字速度快，中文水平好，书面表达能力强。
  • 有一定的文案功底，经常玩微信、微博等中国大陆主流apps
  • 学习能力强,有责任心和上进心。
  • 底薪RM2,500起，另有绩效奖金及花红。
  • 提供住宿或交通津贴
  • 可选工作时段：
    • 早：7:30am-16:30pm
    • 午：14:30pm-23:30pm
    • 晚：23:30pm-07:30am（早，午有1小时休息时间）
  •  有经验者优先，上岗前提供带薪培训
  • 符合条件者我们将与您联系，合则约见

 Responsibilities

  • 电邮和在线工具，处理前后预定查询
  • 通过电邮和在线工具，处理客户要求
  • 更改、更懂以及/或取消现有预定
  • 充当客户及系统提供商的中间人，调解纠纷或投诉
  • 通过提供高水准的客服及业务管理支援，和系统提供商打好关系
