Aliasing and tending to members questions on computer. Must be sharp and quick-witted in identifying issues regarding software issues.To be able to educate users on ways to use the interface in a proper manner.
At the same time, working closely hand-in hand with superior to counterforth errors and issues whenever neccessary and improvising software and website functions
must be able to fully digest and understand terms and conditions of projects THOROUGHLY – then being able to translate and compose and write into both languages (english and mandarin).
All the while being able to handle and answer/reply questions given by members AT ALL TIMES in a sharp and quick response.
