Be socially adept and have strong communication fluency both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful.
Strong presentation skills is essential in the role of Business Developer, plus will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.
Skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.
Excellent organizational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement.
Possess fluency in reading, writing and speakingEnglish and Mandarin.
Have 1 – 3 years of working experience as a Business Developer in B2B sector (Business-to-Business)
Preferably experience in cosmetic / skincare industry
Possess own transportation
To be based in Johor Bahru
Responsibilities
1) To identify new sales leads
Research organization and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets by researching the needs of other companies and learn the decision makers on purchasing.
Contact potential clients via email, phone, or meet up to establish rapport and set up meetings
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Attend conferences, meetings and relevant industry events
2) Pitch products and services to clients o Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
Contact clients to inform them about new developments in company’s products
Develop quote and proposal
Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email and in person
To secure sales along with team
