 Requirements

  • Administrative and data entry clerk.
  • Administrative works include clerical work, handle phone calls, printing document, simple accounting.
  • Able to work independent and responsible 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Excel & Power point
  • Develop and maintain a filling system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures 
  • Prepare invoice and update sales
  • To perform any ad hoc duties by the management time to time


 Responsibilities

  • General admin work.
  • Data entry work
  • Monday to Friday 
  • 10am to 7pm
