Admin and Finance Executive

We are looking for suitable candidates, with or without working experience to join us as Admin. Your role are mainly as an admin that support the work of our Finance, HR & operation. Training will be provided. Your daily task are as per following


  • Perform administrative duties
  • Assisting sales & operation related matter
  • Perform daily booking-keeping & accounting operation in GL, AP & AR
  • Preparing timely and accurate payments for all accounts
  • Handle queries from customers & suppliers pertaining to payment matter.


  • Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions.
  • Capable of executing design projects independently.
  • Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming.
  • Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized.?
