Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U/Diploma
At least 1 or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Fast learner and self-motivate
Team-oriented and service minded
Understanding basic operation of computer software applications
Possess excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Good listener with the ability to understand and provide suggestion/solution to customer?ˉs needs
Required language: Chinese & English
Independent Working Ability

Make outbound call to existing and potential customers.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Attend to customer?ˉs queries promptly and follow-up.
Demonstrate professionalism and assertiveness during calls.
Record and summarize information obtained from calls on a daily report.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures.
Support customer service team on general matters and attend to any other enquiries.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related duties as required?
