Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, dinners, receptions and exhibitions, and following up with delegates over the phone.
Maintaining and updating databases.
Liaising with external agencies, e.g. designers and printers to ensure promotional pieces are delivered on time and within budget.
Writing newsletters and bulletins.
Contributing to marketing plans and strategies.
Follow up on social media posting and enquiries
