Event Sales

  • Responding to and interpreting event/ exhibition brief; liaising with client to understand precise event requirements
  • Producing detailed proposals for events/exhibition and making recommendations (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, support team and budgets)
  • Overall management of the event/exhibition on the day
  • Setting up and running the post-event debrief meeting
  • Creative and innovative, always seeking to add value
  • SPM Leavers and Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply

 Requirements

  • At least one year experience working in Sposorship, Exhibition Sales or relevant field.
  • Familiar with operations pre, post and during event.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Responsibilities

  • Generate sponsorship and exhibition sales leads across various geography and sector.
  • Develop and execute creative ideas to drive the right traffic to the event.
  • Create strategic partnerships with government agencies, associations, media partners to promote the event.
  • Assist to tailor sponsorship sales materials and promotional programs to targeted categories and companies.
  • Negotiate sponsorships and review all deals.
  • Assist to create sponsorship timetables well in advance of scheduled events.
  • Setting up and managing accurate database of key clients.
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure operations during the event runs smoothly.
  • Manage at least 2 Project Sales Executives.?
